At the top is the communty button click that and go to socialgroup/CLUB MED [DFX/2]/Xtasy_JOIC_med...look for and download the unlocked Med editor, Xtasy_JOIC.
I think it comes from the BHD game and has been tuned to run JOE and DFX1/2
