you using a firewall it maybe set too high on security setting meddle range is better.
none thing will punt you out asap
1.) Anti-port scan enable (disable this option)
2.) Sealth mod enable (disable this option)
3.) firewall has block dfbhd.exe (you case this is not the case)
firewall set too high on reset it to meddle range it will let you in.
