You might have to ask Eagle Eye at dfreload.com and if you're lucky he might give you the Max files for the rocks. I know how the .3di files get ripped for BHD, but not for JO/DFX.
And secondly I dunno if Blender is used for modding in these games. We all use 3DS Max.
