I would like some terrains with lots of hills around decent sized flat-spots. Something you can build a city on surrounded by large hilss and mountains. I know MED has some like this but would like some variety. I have tried making terrains and find it almost as painful as a thorough root canal! I will leave the terrains to the pros and stick to mapping.
