i tried the above methord and i had pb installed but it didnt work for me, but with the buy online game i think it would be more of a case of he just didnt get it! considering nova stoped paying for pb, firestorm once u get it and installed it if u have any trouble updating punkbuster like i did pm me and ill send ya my pb folder, or i can just send it to ya and see how ya go but im sure it has to be intsalled first not just cut and pasted, but like chief said it could be spyware or something like that!
