ether rate the server seem to be using a outdated mod or you don't have it install.

both party's need to have the same version of the mod! that's the host and player have to be using same mod
mod: modification of the game not a cheat item not to get mix-up with cheaters tool.
all use the same mod it on even ground on all so its not cheating.
in this case i think it can be IC mod but not 100% on that! there are many types of mod's for the game and name of mods out there!
see you get hold of some one in that server on their home page and talk with them. get more info from the server you got the error NCC007
