3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
3x5 Pulldowns
3x5 curls
3x10 skull crushers
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Seated Dumbbell Press
3x5 Pendlay Rows
2x5-8 chinups
4x10 curls
Then I do some jogging or what-not for aerobic...need to do swimming.
