If you try to play the game it either sys dumps or crashes on reset or exit
Now I have found that if you select the tiles, go to properties and select the tile, go to properties and re-select they go to NULL, then you turn them into trees, Go out of then back into the editor and the tiles are gone, in-game they are still there?
