i know it was more selina's fault than the driver.., the driver made a statement to the police and she admitted that she was driving faster than she should have been and had no reason to do so, she said that selina just came out of nowhere and she didnt have much time to react

even if the driver did have to rush to hospital to see someone who was dying, its still no reason to go above the speed limit.. no matter what, the only way you are legally allowed to go above the speedlimit is if you are been escorted...

40mph is fast... even 30 mph is fast, the average human cant even run at 7mph.. when your in a car travelling at 30 or 40 it might not seem fast to you, but if you are a pedestrian walking along side the road, its fast..
