Check the PSPs Item Attributes and confirm that you did not make them invisible by mistake.
Alternatively, you have a lot of closed cargo containers, and those show up on the tactical maps, and if there are too many icons on the maps in-game, the game stops rendering them all. Select all the closed cargo containers, open the Item Attributes, make those invisible, then check the maps to see if the PSPs show up.
