America's Army Operations is available for download at americasarmy.com, as well as several other places, such as nvidia.com, fileshack.com, etc. The cd's, I heard, were to be distributed to local recruiting stations, but I haven't been to any in a long time, so I don't know if they're available yet or not. As for the "teammates shooting you" thing, it's pretty easy to tell the teams apart: Your team, no matter which team you're on, will be wearing backpacks. The OpFor team will not.
