you don't you look and ask some one if that person is cheating till you know what a real one is after a time you get use to it and start making cheater report so they be ban from the NW Servers.

support@novalogic.com ask them for the info on cheater report they will send all the info you need and there is a 1-818 number you can call to talk to them live the sysop tech he can jump in there fast to take care of it. sorry i lost that 800 number at this time try to see if i can find it.
