is it possible the host is using a mod or TS with items that aren't in BHD?
I have BHD TS installed and me and my bro played each other. We noticed there were items on my end that weren't showing on his end. Turns out I had forgot to install TS on his PC so he didn't have those items, but he was still able to join. lol
just a thought.
