All these are in the same folder as the game .exe:
dfvplr.sav contains player info, control remaps, and campaign progress.
dfv.cfg saves other game related stuff, but if you've never edited it, you don't need to back it up.
.bmx files are actual mission saves and they share names with various mission save thumbnail .pcx images.
