I'm not saying it isn't, it is just funny to have a petition with all that information and making it all "required".
Crawling and phishing is harder to do so there are companies that pay a lot of money to get addresses, e-mails and phone numbers. That do not call list stuff is crap, I cannot tell you how many calls I get to the house and my number isn't listed. All started after a car accident, I began getting non stop calls from "lawyers" and then all kinds of calls for other things. The house phone is really just for outgoing emergencies, the ringer now stays off.
