Your .pff file might have been damaged. Generally the error message is actually talking about a .bin file - but that's in a .pff, so yeah...

Just uninstall your BHD (feel free to backup your save if you want), delete the BHD folder completely, and do a fresh reinstall. And update the game, then install Team Sabre. See if that works.
