i think you can use the map editor to highlite two item a hummer and starting point (blue team or red team) for respawn together

use the wireframe open adjust the player to spawn above the seats they drop down into the seat of if the hummer has left the area they spawn onto the ground standing there waiting for it to come back the hummer, then save option afterward

not 100% but give it a try been super long i use BHD mapping. its the best guess i can give
