This is a BHD: TS Mod, i bileve a mod based from DF1 or DF2 Mod (Didn't play much of either game, so i'm not sure).

And, this IS online play. Just look for public servers running the MOD. Just don't join Nova official servers (Blackhawk 2, etc) because it might cause problems.
