Microsoft release Windows 10 installer patch, its huge about 10gb
Select ether install windows 10 or select "windows 10 update" (best update)
your files be save if you select update it.

I got it to save on a flash drive 10gb, used for others windows 10 OS
Save a bet time doing them
Note: this will not re-install windows 10 or 10pro, this mass update for windows 10os
Btw: after all is done you may have to resize you desktop way you like to be! Me 1280x800 no brainer to do, just heads up
