it says this is from valve didnt think that could be connected to novalogic
but i only see new versions for this its a engine code for a compiler like visual studio
you probaly would need to know a bit about coding to make a mapeditor out of this code
the mapeditor could then be used by some who can handle a editor
according if i found the right thing
