To whom it make concern.
the server nw2.novaworld.net at IP of 207.178.209.202 seems to be still running but is failing to function as it used to by providing multiplayer lobbies of some of the NovaLogic franchises which are still sold on steam.
The server looks to be partially functioning in the respects that is can be pinged and shows a http is accepting connection and then that connection is forced shut/reset.

by the morning the gateway server was up and running and by the next day the lobbies are up.
