Well if you would have checked the support site for BHD Pinger you would have noticed everyone is expierencing this problem and that we have contacted the guy who has coder Pinger, Dstructr, to check it out.
Right now we know the following:

Before if you had a valid rid:

Then the tile would contain a valid nova key, now it just conatins this:
<br />
[NK=&CK=&NI=&NP=&BK=&]<br />
Always empty, now this is the same response nova used to give if the server was taken down.
The problem is, the GLB file dont contain the port number, only the IP.
So to find the correct port, you need to run the link above which returns a novakey from the RID located in the glb.
The nova key contains both ip and port.
