My workout schedule:
Monday: 3 mile run, 45 minutes workout at gym
Tuesday: 3 Mile run
Wednesday: 3 mile run, 45 minutes workout at gym
Thursday: 3 Mile run... Sometimes take this day off
Friday: 45 minutes workout at gym
Saturday: Speed Workout... about 2 miles in 10-11 minutes
Sunday: Speed Workout... about 2 miles in 10 -11 minutes
As you can see I love to run lol... I am also very displined with my workouts... recently i had the hardships of an injury which took me out of running for a few days...
but now im back on track
