Make sure motherboard and graphics card drivers are up to date. Also see if your DirectX is up to date.
Make sure your DFBHD game is updated itself too. If you want, uninstall the game, delete the game folder, do a reinstall, then update.
Play around with your video settings too. Try the game at a different resolution and/or graphics settings.
A GeForce 7300 should work - it's way above the recommended graphics card specs.
What's your system specs as well? E.g. Pentium Core Duo, 2gb RAM, etc.
