i've received three "new" ones from microsoft, and all have broken on me. and each time i sent it in .. it took like three months to get it back.
two of my friends each are also waiting right now for another broken refurbished one.
and to pay to play online .. screw that. it's not any faster than ps3's connection, and plus for ps3 it's free. i remember having to drag a cat5 cable across my house when i wanted to play online with the 360 because it wasn't wireless, either.
and microsoft can kiss my ass after they tried to take fifty dollars out of my account to renew their crappy service. i didn't even have my system, i gave it to my brother (which has been collecting dust at his place because it broke once again) and they still tried talking me into keeping the service? what the hell?
