medic co-op i think its a mod let the medic use all weapons the host has to be hosting the mod for all to come into thier server to play in it. Host & players need to have the mod enable to play inside thier server.

warning:
if you use it you take the chance of getting banned if you for get to exit the game and start it up normal way without the mod enable.

Nova/evenbalance will not support Mods or 3rd party items.
