Does it happen on every server or just a certain one? Sometimes I can join a server and this happens to me everytime. From what I have heard it is sometimes the map the server is running. I wait for the map to rotate and then join. It usually works fine then for me then. If this happens to you in every server though I think it's beyond the map.
