it could also be the cd key (if purchased at asda or such shops) has been taken by someone ..its easy enough with plenty of mobiles now having cameras attatched..im not saying anyone has but its more likely than a keygen (is there one for J.ops? man they move fast) randomly guessing yours..but not impossible i suppose
i wouldnt ring the uk one..they are muppets sat at a desk reading from a guide book..thats all they can do..usa are best to inform and will probably respond better and give you more joy m8..it'll prob take as long to sort as waiting for a uk reply anyway so what you got to lose
