You can decrypt the .cin and .end files with the DeSCR tool:

Then you can open/edit them in Notepad.

Nothing will help you more than looking at original .cin and .end files, though. There are tricks like locking the camera's view on a specific item and having it rotate around it. All kinds of stuff.
There are .pff tools on this site you can use to extract those .end files. I don't think there are any .cin files in DFBHD(TS), but those are just like .end files, but they play before the mission starts. Tons of .cin files in Comanche 4, though.
