NO steve U CAN NOT GIVE FAIR A RATING BY LOOKING AT A PICTURE, just allow the users to rate them as they will be playing them, good map, crap pic crap rating.

if ya gunna rate it TEST it, and as u said b4, u are unwilling to test due to OTHER THINGS TO DO.
allow the users to rate them if they want to, IT's CALLED FEED BACK from the CONSUMER.
