The bomb is in the cafeteria, there are 2 entrances to the prison. if you dont enter it through the kitchen you will have a mad dash to get to it in time. once you get in the cafeteria its in the far corner behind a table thats on its side if i remember correct. that realy is one of the harder missions but well thought out.
