the thing is you invast 10 million dollare to get the new windows Vista made and it all finish, but before it release to the public you got fines of 100.000.00 million dollares to pay out before it released? i would trash it totally then release it to the public do to have to pay fines in the long run if it not release there no fine to pay for it.
