Its just an mpeg dude. I have same WMP as you and it just streams when i left click download now. Is anyone else having this problem?
U can try...
open WMP click file then open URL>>
Then cut and paste this URL
http://www.md012a7719.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/dancevid.wmv
Into that box...
