A man was murdered literally 1 minutes walk away from where i work on tuesday night... heres the story from bbc news. Its the 3rd local murder in a month.

Five men have been arrested after a father was murdered in front of his two young children in a drive-by shooting.

Rocky Dawson, 24, from Hornchurch, east London, was standing by his car near his home, with his daughter, aged six, and two-year-old son inside.

Another car drove past and shots were fired at Mr Dawson, who died shortly after the attack on Tuesday evening.

Police said the five men arrested, four of whom are in their 20s and one who in his 40s, were arrested on Thursday.
