People that use trainers are nothing more then scriptkiddies, they use something without the knowledge of what it does actually.
If im right, people can not stop you to IPban them from your local game, it is possible but that means that there has to be a backdoor opened, or the user has a very weak connection security, which allows them to bypass the firewall.
