Logic tells us that if:
Party "A" knows about Party "B" Military secrets then by definition they are no longer Party "B" secrets.
Also consider that Party "B" secrets may be released to Party "A" for the purpose of deception.
Party "A" passes Party "B" secrets to Party "C"
