dont see how a lawyer will be having a field day. anyone can request cctv footage from the police as guidelined in the Data Protection Act. the thugs have been to court so the evidence is available. newpapers say the police released the footage, and why not, cctv footage is released all the time to the media by the police. only have to watch the news to see it.
