A COOP map is NOT designed for Single Player and if it's a complex one there could be many errors indeed if it is not done correctly!

There's a bit more to it than straight out conversion Majwiz.

Some maps will have no terrain and others will have many NULL objects after conversion.

After removing the NULLS (if you don't the map will crash) all the SSN linked scripts and Multi-player mode commands will most likely fail.

Converting DFX2 generally only works with a bit of effort will not work for BHD and on downwards to DF1



You can play it as a SP from your game easily by running it on the LAN.


I've just posted a conversion of Greybird2 (a DXF2 generated map) to DFX. With the MIS included because...

It took quite a while and I don't know 100% if it will work correctly as I didn't have time or the inclination to test every possibility.

Some of my maps rely on many randoms in their scripts and testing those is difficult.

I will convert as many as I can, when I can get the time.
