esktop flash off and on fix
you find your screen goes black cuts off and back on, here the fix (screen stays on for like 2sec)
window flag + R-key, Run comes up type in "msconfig" (may have to be administration) go to services tap up top look down the listing uncheck two items> "
1.) [x] windows error reporting services
2.) [x] Problem reporting and solution control panel support
click-on apply and ok buttons
then restart your system
no more screen going black on you

this happen to me was driving my crazy
it could have been a new Windows 10 update don't know happen before 2days
