the major prob would be:
fair ranking
but if that would mean to have hosting servers to comply to "a" set of rules...in order to be allowed to publish to that "system"...
well fair enough for anyone,isnt it?
even if maps have to comply...wouldn't that just make sure teh quality of any map..complies?
i think technically realization is fairly simple. whilst you have a php file sitting there and then writing stuff to a database...
it can do it simultanious to 2.
maybe even simple info to a "maste league" db, and a extensive to a "clan stats".

ok there is no waymaking a "general" list of players, but at least per gametype.
nova does nothing much different.
it woudl depend on teh rules behind it, but if these would mean i need to turn off FF kills..or turn tyehm on..., not to host certain maps, or at least to host mapos that have been "revieved"...
id say its a fair deal.

we can ensure a certain standard would be acheived on maps.. (any gametype)

base is teh idea. we will set up a workspace on that on our site and keep everybody informed, as i personally think...hell yeah why actually not.
im on a 1-1 copy script to publish stats to a seperate DB, if you or anybody else would like to go for it, even in trial..any tool you use to maintain your stats.. youre welcome.

but, would be an independend way to say: eh we stick to certain gameplay quality!(considering teh servers ,maps etc omply to "undefined"...
if youre sick of it for a day or two...
PWD protected servers, e.g, would not submit their stats the the ML.

its a data dump, and we can read out the infos that are needed...from any tool. ;-)
