Arcadia to slow something down you need the unlocked version of the med, then you just put in events under IF:
SSN
Reached Waypoint
chooose the waypoint and SSN
in the THEN put:
velocity SSN
the SSN
and what velocity you want to slow it down to, hope this helps you
