It may not be, But you can garantee someone will buy it that has a crap system and blame the game.....
Look at any of the online games forums you will always find "This game SUCKS", "I have Terrible LAG", "I Only have 4 fps."
Its amazing how many people get a game Max the graphics when their system is poor, And then go complaining.
