Try using a program like
https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html to read the C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP file that is created when it crashes. It'll give you some insight as to what caused it. NirSoft makes a lot of handy tools that I've been using for various things for years. if you use that tool, save the log and upload it here if you want. The log should not contain any personal information at all.
