2:/ carry laxitive, so you may poisen your squad, and avoid that FATEL mission
3:/ carry caffiene tablets, carry herbal sleep'in tablets, you'll wish you had
4:/ carry a solar or portable battery charger, you can rent it out
5:/ arrange with a friend to post you a open air ticket to a civil post office so you can always bail out if it is to much for you.
