DFHQ use vbulletin but it costs ($80 a year i think) but it is one of the most powerful out there, but apparently the free board phpbb 2.2 (next on due out) is meant to give vbulletin a run for its money.

Or $160 for an owned license (no yearly fee besides access at there site witch costs /year)
