Kat, That thing you posted looks very much like a standard Maedate that you would find on Japanese Samurai Helmets, given the preferential deal the dutch had with the Japanese (only europeans bar Portuguese to be able to trade with them) during the Tokugawa Shogunate i wonder if it insipered the design??
How about including some of the old console systems? Atari, NES, SNES, N64 etc etc and maybe a PC one?
