ive always had a slap on the legs if i was naughty as a kid, and it always worked. was never malicious or overly aggresive, it was a simple slap, but it always put me in my place. i think it should be allowed, considering its done with positive intent.
theres a difference between "discipline" and "assault".
kids need discipline, there is none now days
