I recommend Chilla Well Tanami, it's a TDM map but the design makes it very similar to TKOTH.
I do have a TKOTH version but I haven't published it yet as it's unfinished.
See what you think of it and let me know if you want it in TKOTH and I will finish it off and publish it.
Why are TKOTH and TDM not the same?
I make them slightly different (TKOTH vs TDM) because they
are different in the way that team tactics are applied.
So IMO they need to reflect that difference in game-play via cover options, weapon availability and object placement.
