Your muscels reacts to currents, it doesnt matter if your drunk or not, they still reacts to current (electricity). Beeing strong is to your disadvantage. Although it doesnt really matter. Even a man who's paraliced from the neck down reacts to electrisity. There have even been tests and products to make paraliced people move using external electricity, problem is that its very hard to control.
