CD Key Already In Use
* You may have already created a NovaWorld account with this key. Please go to NovaWorld Sign-In to retrieve your account name and password.
* The product you purchased must be an original copy of the game. If you have purchased a pre-owned copy, the previous owner may have already registered the key on NovaWorld and then sold the game back to a store. This is against the User Agreement. Please return the copy of the game to the store, ask for a refund and then report the store to NovaLogic.
* If you continue to experience this error, and none of the points above are the reason, please contact Technical Support and provide them with the CD key and the issue you are having.
